This site is for the communities of Auburn, Leasingham, Watervale and Penwortham in the event of a major emergency impacting our communities. If you get impacted by an emergency such as a storm, bushfire or flood, you can register your need of support on this website.

If you wish to volunteer and assist with the recovery effort, or donate goods or services, you can register to support the recovery effort.

Bushfire Safer Places in the Council are in Clare, Saddleworth and Riverton. Nearby places outside of our Council are Blyth and Balaklava.

There are 3 Bushfire Last Resort Refuges in the Council area, they are located at Mintaro Oval, Auburn Oval and Manoora Centenary Park.
